Return Policy 

At Tino’s Closet, your satisfaction matters!  Because our magnets are custom-made, here’s how returns and replacements work:

Custom Items (Personalized Magnets)

-No returns or refunds on custom magnets unless there is a mistake or defect on my end.

-If there’s an issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo so I can fix it right away.

Non-Custom Items (Frames, Ornament Bases, etc.)

  • Can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or poor quality:
*I’ll happily replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.  Please message me within 3 days with photos.

Order Issues

If your package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact your carrier. I’ll help where I can, but I can’t refund items lost by USPS unless insured.
