How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can easily monitor its progress.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each order is made with care and shipped within 2–3 business days. Most customers receive their packages in under a week, but delivery times may vary slightly by location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we currently ship within the USA only.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk and custom orders. Please fill out our Custom Order Request Form and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item or there’s an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

What if my magnet arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly. View our Refund Policy for more details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at tinosclosetllc@gmail.com. Orders can only be updated or canceled before production begins.
